An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced mental health nurse to join Camden Memory Service as a Senior Specialist Nurse.
The successful applicant will deliver evidence based prescribing interventions to service users within Camden Memory Service as per treatment plan, leading on the development and implementation of the post diagnostic medication review. The applicant is required to hold or be in the process of obtaining a Non-Medical Independent & Supplementary Prescriber qualification.
In addition, the applicant will carry a caseload of the most complex service users within the Memory Service, acting as the lead specialist nurse for the service, providing senior nursing leadership and consultation to nurses and other professionals within the team.
The successful applicant will have significant clinical skill and knowledge of Dementia care, that is underpinned by experience, and specialist training / academic study relevant to this area of specialism.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
